One of Fresh Creatives most iconic pieces. Derricks Records approached us to completely transform the side of their record shop.
If you live in Swansea, this one is hard to miss. At two stories tall, the Derricks Records mural incorporates many iconic bands and albums. It celebrates 50 years of Swansea being a city. Its safe to say it was a tough task narrowing down iconic and important albums to immortalize.
Skilled artists Bird and Hassan spent a lot of time making sure this was a standout piece. You can see from the images the scale of the individual bands and artists. Working at heights that would make most heads spin. But not letting this deter them from adding the finer details. Using only the best materials to make sure this piece had longevity.
You can see from the images above the level of detail that went into the piece. As well as the precision involved. We can work on nearly every surface and height to make sure that our work stands out from the crowd. The Derricks Records mural is definitely one of the jewels in the Fresh Creative Co. crown.
