Process
We were commissioned by Franco’s to paint the counter, front of house at their shop in Porthcawl. The textured ceramic tiles were tricky but not a problem for us. We’re able to cater to almost any texture and ensure a clean, easy-to-read sign.
Painting
Enamel paints and vinyl stencil
To ensure the lines looked correct from every perspective on the textured tiles, we used vinyl stencils, making sure the text fit perfectly central to the space and working into any blemishes freehand with a brush.
Using professional sign writer’s enamel we custom mixed the navy blue of Franco’s branding so it tied in with the rest of the establishment.
Final Piece
A professional looking sign for front of house
This clean, slick sign gives the space a very professional feel. Being such a simple design with minimal colours the piece gives the area a pristine, polished look. Using a vinyl stencil with enamel paints allowed us to complete the piece quickly and efficiently.
